Shrz. is a distillery in New South Wales. They specialize in contemporary wine blends. A Hunter Valley Corporation, they take modern twists to the usual winery business.
The design venture focused on how the brand can attract a wide spectrum of patron age groups.
The design aesthetic that was chosen was a utilitarian imprint style that is reminiscent of laboratory forms and medical print outs.
It is meant to create an impression of experimentation and danger. The thrill of trying out something new, and perhaps, something great.
The final logotype was a minimal stencil fontstyle. The blue is chosen as it is the most attractive color for all age groups.

Shrz.' website is clean, utilitarian, with a flare of 'found objects' feel with the use of cursive and handmade body font to give an impression of the product as a handmade, personal, and an alive product of experimentation.
